The Impact

What the first cohorts have built.

I

Restoration

Six hundred trees, taking root.

Across the regions our fellows call home, 600 trees were planted — each one a quiet pledge to the land that raised them.

II

The Mbolo Project

Women shaping renewable energy.

Three fellows secured internships at the Mbolo Project, working at the centre of women-led renewable energy and climate solutions.

III

The Global Stage

From village to negotiating table.

Two fellows represented The Gambia at COP28 and COP29, carrying the voices of their communities into the heart of international climate negotiations.

IV

A Public Voice

On the air, across the country.

Through national television and radio programmes, fellows raised awareness of gender-sensitive climate action — turning the personal into the public conversation.
