The She-Climate Leadership Fellowship is a structured programme addressing the intersection of gender and climate change. It trains young women from all seven regions of The Gambia to lead climate action and advocacy at home and abroad.

A five-month structured leadership and training programme designed to address the intersection of gender and climate change. The Fellowship trains 25 young women selected from all seven regions of The Gambia.

UNFCCC Gender Negotiators
Our Founder has been a Gender Negotiator for The Gambia since COP23. She served as The Gambia's Lead Gender Negotiator at COP30 in Belém, leading a team of negotiators to champion gender-just policies and programmes.
